Leo B. Dubler III has been practicing law for over 25 years, dedicating his career to representing individuals who have been victims of sexual harassment, victims of retaliation for being a whistleblower, victims of discrimination, and accident victims. Born and raised in New Jersey, Leo earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Rutgers University. After law school, Leo clerked for the Honorable Charles A. Little in Camden County Civil Court.  After spending the first seven years of his career practicing in Atlantic City, Leo opened his own firm in 2001 in Moorestown, New Jersey and then moved his firm to Mount Laurel. His ambition was clear: to provide zealous, comprehensive, and compassionate advocacy for his clients and to help them seek compensation for the wrongs made against them. The firm takes on fewer cases so more time can be spent on each client’s matter. Leo frequently gives lectures to other attorneys on many aspects of handling employment and personal injury cases. Throughout his career, he has tried dozens of cases before a jury and helped secure millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.

Leo is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation reserved for approximately 3% of New Jersey attorneys. Leo has been ranked as an AV Pre-eminent Attorney, named a Super Lawyer by his peers, and is a member of the Atlantic County, Burlington County, Gloucester County, Camden County, and New Jersey State Bar Associations. A life-long resident of South Jersey, Leo continues to live in the area with his family, where he is active in his community, church, and he is currently President of the New Jersey State Chess Federation and Trustee of the U.S. Chess Trust.
